Shipping

It depends on where you are located. Most orders placed with us by 10AM EST weekdays are shipped the same day. Most other orders will be shipped the next business day. If using the free shipping option orders can take 2-7 days to fully be delivered once shipped, or if using ground 1-6 days to be fully delivered.

We currently ship to the continental United States only and do not ship overseas. We're sorry, but we cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any international country (including Canada) or other United States territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands. With the exception of select small items, we do not ship to any address that UPS or Fedex cannot deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners including UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL. For some orders we may use a local courier or freight company for larger items.

Returns

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order to offer the best prices on the internet all returns are required to be in brand new original condition. Used and opened items are not eligible for return or refund. All returns must have an RMA from us by contacting us at sales@zjoutfitters.com or calling 1 (866) 956-4952 before returning the item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Most items that are defective can be resolved with the manufacturer and we will work with you to get your issue resolved. We process orders very quickly and therefore may not be able to cancel an order after it's been placed. Please email or call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to honor your cancellation but no cancellation request is guranteed. 

Pricing

We will do our best to honor price match requests. You may contact us with any price match request and we will do our best to beat or match it. Please note that not every price match request will be honored, but we will try our hardest.  Due to constant dynamics in pricing we can not offer price adjustments once an order is placed. Remember when purchasing with us you are supporting members of your community.
